The staff was excellent. The location was great. The manager was wonderful. We had only one small issue and he resolved it in only a couple hours. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Pool was amazing. Very clean. And was remodeling which is exciting!

The breakfast was very good especially since it was free.The staff were all very friendly to ME ALSO. I will surely return to this hotel next trip to RAT FALLS....

They have really done a lot of work here and the improvements are great! I am staying here again in June.
